Amendment 0001: The posting of responses to questions will be no later than November 28, 2023. The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for Janitorial and Pest Control Services for the ZOA group in Northern California-Oakland ARTCC (ZOA), San Jose ATCT (SJC), Salinas ATCT (SNS) and Monterey ATCT (MRY). The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included as an attachment in Section J. This acquisition is a set aside for certified 8(a) small businesses. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 561720-Janitorial Services. Attendance at site visits is encouraged. The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the SIR instructions. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract.
