Dear potentially interested contractors, This communication is to provide solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) # 697DCK-24-Q-00029 (attached) with a total of eight (8) attachments including the solicitation document for your interest and participation. This RFQ is for the following supply order: Procure FAA concrete hand holds and pre-cast foundations with delivery to Niagara, NY and Gaithersburg, MD. Basis of Award: The Government may award a contract on the basis of initial offers received, without discussion. This will be a competitive, total small business set-aside procurement. Only one (1) contract award will be made as a result of this solicitation. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the successful offeror whose proposal conforms to all requirements of this solicitation and represents the lowest price technically acceptable determined to be both fair and reasonable for the project requirement.
