The Federal Aviation Administration, Boston Enroute Construction Office, has a new construction effort for all labor, equipment and materials for the AHU 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 Replacement Project at the Jacksonville ARTCC, Hilliard, Florida The NAICS code is 238220, size standard of $19.00 million. This requirement is set aside exclusively for small businesses. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Site Visit: A site visit has been scheduled for Monday August 21, 2023 at 9:00 am. Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver’s license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance by Friday August 18, 2023 to Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website.
