All offers are due no later than noon pacific time on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), En Route Construction Branch (AAQ-540) has a need to replace the roof and siding (envelope) of the Power Service Building (PSB) at the Denver Air Route Traffic Control Center in Longmont, Colorado. The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Please see the attached Request for Offers (RFO) package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 8:00 am Mountain Tiime. Site visit attendees will meet with Mr. Joseph Crabtree at the Denver ARTCC Guard Station located at 2211 17th Avenue, Longmont, CO. 80501. Please have valid picture identification ready for inspection upon arrival. Site visit attendees shall pre-announce their intent to inspect the site no later than noon Pacific Time on Monday, August 14, 2023. Prospective offerors shall email the names of all site visit attendees to both joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov AND mark.salum@faa.gov. Requests for Information (RFIs) arising from the site visit shall be emailed to both joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov AND mark.salum@faa.gov no later than 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. Responses to RFIs will be provided in writing via solicitation amendment only. No RFIs will be answered at the site visit. Offers are due no later than noon Pacific Time on Thursday, August 31, 2023 unless otherwise amended. All offers shall be emailed to both joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov AND mark.salum@faa.gov.
