Amendment No. 0001 - This amendment is issue to incorporate AMS Contract Clause: 3.6.4-26 - Prohibition on Using ByteDance Covered Applications Including TikTok (INTERIM-June 2023) and revise the period of performance for each Contract Line Item In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements, the FAA has a requirement for a District Project Coordinator (Professional Services) to support the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) projects coordination at the New York District. Please review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting an offer. This requirement is set-aside for all vendors listed for the New York District under the FAA Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for District Project Coordination and Engineer Project Oversight Contract Support for the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).
