The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide complete Window Cleaning Services for the Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Base Building Facility located at LaGuardia Airport, Flushing, New York. This includes window cleaning of the interior and exteriors of this and 2nd Floor windows in the Base Building and the large windows at the ATCT CAB. Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 8 of the solicitation document to Jennifer.Walker-Gomez@faa.gov. Any Responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered in accaorance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawls of Submittals. This RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commintment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation of submission of requested proposal documentation.
