The GUARD SIGN IN SHEET IS PROVIDED for the site visit for visitors that signed in at the guard station. The closing date has been extended until August 17th, 2023 at 5:00 pm. Eastern Daylight time. Amendment 0001 is issued for a question/answer. Amendment 0002 is issued to extend the closing date until Wednesday July 26, 2023. Amendment 0003 is issued to add the Clause 3.6.4-26 Prohibition on Using ByteDance Covered Applications Including TikTok (INTERIM-June 2023) Amendment 0004 is issued to add a second site visit on Wednesday July 19, 2023. Contractor's need only to attend "one site visit" to be considered for award. Clause 3.6.4-26 has been amended Amendment 0005 has been issued to extend the closing date to August 10, 2023 and to update the Wage Rate Amendment 0006 is issued for questions and answers Amendment 0007 is issued to extend the closing date and provide additional questions and answers Amendment 0008 is issued for questions and answers Amendment 0009 is issued to add information on the Viking pre action system The Federal Aviation Administration, Boston Enroute Construction Office, has a new construction effort for the Mod 4 Area Phase II Modernization Project at the Miami (ZMA) Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC). This requirement is set aside exclusively for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 236220 size standard $45 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), Wage Rate and a Final Assessment Report are attached. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. Note To all Potential Bidders: 1.In order to receive access to the drawings and specs you must return the attached SSI Form, signed and email to the Contracting Officer at Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. All documents will be made available on the FAA KSN System once the SSI form is returned. 2. A Remote PRE-SITE visit meeting is scheduled for May 31, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will review the project in depth for potential Offeror. To register for the TEAMS meeting please send an email to Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. A TEAMS link will be forwarded. 3. A Mandatory site visit has been scheduled for June 7, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Any Contractor who wishes to submit a proposal on this requirement must attend the mandatory site visit. Any contractor who does not attend the site visit will not be eligible to receive an award. See page 4 of the RFO for instructions on registering for the site visit. The price range for this requirement is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 Payment and Performance Bonds are required. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to the requirements of Section L and M.
