See: 697DCK-23-R-00388 Amend 0001 form; and Attachment 3 - Drawings (as an attachment to the Statement of Work) ____________________________________________________________________________________ The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable contractors to submit offers for a Control Room Ramp Railings Replacement project at FAA's Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located in Auburn, Washington. This procurement is being set aside for a small business under NAICS code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which has a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. Estimated size of this project: Under $100,000. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Work included in project: 1) Remove and replace railings on ramps leading up to raised access floor; remove and replace resilient sheet flooring on ramps, and other work indicated in the contract documents. ***NOTE: This work takes place in the air traffic control room, which is a critical area of the facility. Work will take place during the hours of 10PM and 5AM. Excessive noise & odors are prohibited in this facility and could put the flying public at risk.
