AMENDMENT 001 to add the Updated SOW with corrected Facilities POC Names and the Additional Information with List of elevators. This Request for Offer (RFO) is for the Elevator Services at ANC ARTCC, ANC ASDE, ANC ATCT, MRI ATCT, and DLG FSS in Alaska to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-23-R-00367. This acquisition is a Full and Open Competition. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors-Building and Property Specialty Trade Services, with the size standard of $19 Million. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years. No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.
