This Request for Offer (RFO) is for the Janitorial Services and Laundry Services at the Deadhorse FSS and Transient Quarters in Alaska to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-23-R-00353. The Amendment 001 is to change the Period of Performance , Bid due date and remove the Contractor's Mask Letter from the RFO. Amendment 002 is to make changes to the Clause SA51 SUBMISSION OF OFFER - SERVICES, change the verbiage from the Business Proposal, b) Part I, Section B, PRICE SCHEDULE to Remove (Complete and Return Section B Price Breakdown Spreadsheet) from the RFO. No breakdown Price B spreadsheet is needed for this Solicitation. There are no other changes to the RFO. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561720 - Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years. No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time. Market Survey for the Janitorial Services and Laundry Services at Deadhorse FSS/Transient Quarters. The Federal Aviation Administration, Western Service Area, Northwest Mountain Region, is conducting a Market Survey to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace and to identify capable sources. Interested sources must respond with information to confirm evidence of their qualifications and capabilities. Responses to this market survey will be used to determine if there is adequate competition to set the requirement aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB/8(a)),Small Businesses,or full and open competition.
