Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in SAM.gov are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. A site visit is scheduled for May 09, 2023 at 10:00a.m.CT. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov no later than 3:00pmCT on May 04, 2023. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov. Questions are due no later than May 12, 2023 at 3:00p.m. CT. Proposals are due no later than June 02, 2023 at 3:00p.m. CT. Any proposal received after 3:00p.. CT on June 02, 2023 will be considered non-responsive and deemed ineligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
