Note that this amendment updates a required fill-in clause to Section K. That updated clause must be completed and included with amendment. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace the roof overlay at the Memphis, TN, ATCT, and associated buildings. All proposal submission requirements are detailed in the attached Solicitation including site visit information and proposal due date. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. Upon submission of a proposal, all vendors must have an active registration in the SAM.gov database.

Responses to this market survey will be used to determine if there is adequate competition to set the requirement aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB/8(a)), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Businesses (ESWOSB), Small Businesses, or Full and Open Competition. This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA AMS Section 3.2.1.2.1. This survey will support market research obtained from multiple sources and will be utilized for planning purposes only. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this market survey. Therefore, any costs associated with vendor's market survey submissions will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: Apply a roofing overlay system to the existing roofs/catwalk of the Memphis ATCT and its associated Base Building, Link and Environmental Support building. Address: 2515 Winchester RD, Memphis, TN 37116. Provide and install a Silicone Overlay roofing (applied with roller) product on: a) Base building roof: Modified Bitumen (fine gravel impregnated) - Approx. 13225 sf. Apply vertical roof product on all parapet walls b) ES building roof: Modified Bitumen (fine gravel impregnanted) - Approx. 3000 sf c) Catwalk of the ATCT: Concrete - (4' wide by 50' x 4 sections Approx. 800 sf) d) Tower cab roof: Concrete with coating (Approx. 500 sf) e) Tower penthouse roof: Concrete with coating (Approx. 400 sf) RESPONSE TO THIS MARKET SURVEY: Any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for information purposes only and will not be released.
