The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial services at multiple facilities within the Cleveland District. This is a firm, fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business for a base plus 4-one year options. Site Visits: A site visit for all facilities is scheduled for the following dates. Attendance is encouraged, but not mandatory. Times below are EasternTime. MFD - April 25th, hours 8:30 am - 10:30 am FNT - April 26th, hours 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm YIP - April 26th, hours 8:30 am - 10:30 am To attend the site visit, advance notice must be made by April 19, 2023 3:00PM Eastern to Felicia Hawkins at felicia.hawkins@faa.gov . Please provide name of company and the name of each person attending the site visit. All Questions/Requests for Information must be emailed to melinda.davis@faa.gov (Contracting Officer) no later than May 3. 2023 at 1300 PM Eastern. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE.
