Advance notice to attend is required. See Page 2 of the Amendment for instructions. The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for vegetation control services to cut and remove at least 3 feet back along both sides of the road all vegetation including but not limited to grass species and invasive tree species between Winner’s Camp to the Communications building to include the Compound Gate (perimeter gate). All tree branches within the three (3) feet buffer area will be trim away maintaining a vertical canopy line at least 3 feet away from the end of the paved road at QQI TR, located at Oahu, Kamehameha Dr. Honolulu, Hawaii 96825. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and tools required to maintain landscaping by pruning shrubs, plants and trees, access Road to QQI TR, and by other methods specified in this specification. Contractor shall also provide transportation to and from work site for contractor personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and tools required. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statements of Work included as attachments in Section J. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 561730.
