CANCELLED: Subject Solicitation 697DCK-23-R-00232 is hereby cancelled and will be procured using the Blanket Ordering Agreement. *Amendment 02 - Q&A, Revised J-1, *Amendment 01 - Site Visit Date: March 14, 2023 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a replacement and reseal of the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport's (LBB) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and base building in Lubbock, TX. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR.
