Amendment No.2 to provide slides used during NAV/COMM industry day and current On-AOA QVL The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified contractors to be included in the AAQ-560 Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for construction services related to NAVAIDS and Communications equipment/facilities performed On Airport Operating Areas (On_AOA) in various locations throughout the United States. Work under this QVL is typically performed in operational airports and contractors are required to comply with all procedures, rules and regulations of the airport authorities including limitations on equipment, allowable work hours, and other issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. This QVL is being solicited as full and open to all vendors. However, consideration will be given to business sizes as listed in the Screening Information Request (SIR) during award of individual projects. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237130, Power & Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. Contractors must have an active registration in System Award Management (SAM) before they can be included on the QVL and have NAICS code 237130 registered. Contractors can register at www.sam.gov/. Please ensure you read all the attachments included in this SIR. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION AS PER THE SIR WILL DEEM THE APPLICANT AS NON-RESPONSIVE. Applicants are required to submit all questions regarding this solicitation in writing, not later than 4:00pm CT on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Questions should identify the specific SIR paragraph and page number. Questions received will be addressed in the form of an amendment to the SIR. The same information will be furnished to all offerors.
