Site Visit attendee list is attached The Federal Aviation Administration, Boston Enroute Construction Office, has a new construction effort for the Fluorescent Light Replacements at the New York ARTCC, Ronkonkoma, New York This requirement is set aside exclusively for small businesses. The NAICS code is 238210, size standard of $19.00 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, SOW and Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday February 15, 2023 at 10:00 am. Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver’s license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance 48 hours in advance to Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. COVID PROTOCOL: All attendees will be required to follow COVID Protocols at that facility and they may change based on fluctuations in cases and individual facility needs. COVID protocol will be set to contractors when they registered for the site visit. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website.
