Amendment 0002: This amendment: 1) provides an updated wage determination (see attached); 2) provides answers to vendor questions (see attached); 3) changes the start date of the base year to January 1, with all option years changed subsequently; 4) changes the due date of the proposal to Wednesday, September 13 at 8am Eastern time.
