Questions and Answers are included as accompaniment to this solicitation amendment. ***Please be advised that late proposals will not be accepted.*** SIR- Annual Guy Wire Inspection at the Federal Aviation Administration, Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV: The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Annual Guy Wire Inspection at the Federal Aviation Administration, Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. There is no Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237130 -- Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. An OPTIONAL site visit will be offered. In addition, contractors interested in attending the site visit will be required to schedule the visit with the site contact, James Thomas, prior to the date of the site visit, and provide the names of all individuals who will be attending the site visit. All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the statement of work, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to Randie Thornton at randie.n.thornton@faa.gov.
