The proposal due date is extended to November 15, 2022, by 5:00pm ET and the Period of Performance start date is estimated to be November 21,2022. The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Solicitation (SIR) for Rack and Pinion Elevator Maintenance for the San Francisco Airport Surface Detection Equipment (SFO ASDE), located at the San Francisco International Airport, San Francisco, California. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work included as attachment 1 in Section J of the Solicitation. This acquisition is for full and open competition and will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract. The solicitation is applicable for NAICS code 238290. The schedule for site visits are as follows: Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 9:00 am local time, San Francisco ATCT (SFO), 250 Upper Domestic Loop, San Francisco, CA 94128-POC: Les Collins, cell 650-400- 1898, email: Les.Collins@faa.gov. Please email the names of those attending, the name of the company they are representing, and the site visit locations they will be attending no later than Tuesday, November 1, 2022 by 12:00 noon Eastern Time. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees and should complete the attached COVID-19 Wellness Self Check prior to arriving at the FAA Facility. Please document all your questions while at the site visit and submit them to Anna F. Glover (anna.f.glover@faa.gov) via email by the date and time as directed below. Questions will not be answered during the site visit. Questions or comments applicable to this SIR must be submitted in written form via email to Anna F.
