The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for consulting services to assist the FAA with documenting its Design-Build processes and develop a training module to be used by other FAA service areas within the Terminal Facilities. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in are not applicable to the FAA as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. Question must be received no later than January 12, 2023. Proposals must be received in the inbox of Katie Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov no later than 17:00 ET on January 20, 2023. To be eligible for award Offerors must have an active registration in www.SAM.gov and Offerors' proposals must include all of the required documents outline in Section L and Section M.
