The FAA is conducting the Market Survey to determine the level of competition available in the Seattle, WA area for the following project. No contract of any kind will result from this announcement, it is for planning purposes only. Burien, WA.This requirement is to modernize the Central Environmental Control and Monitoring System (CCMS) at Seattle Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) for the Seattle TRACON (S46) All existing HVAC controls equipment should be maintained with the new CCMS system. The new system must have the capacity to control and monitor the existing system in the same existing capacity and be able to control and monitor the temperature in each of the zones being served. The upgraded system shall utilize the existing Allerton BACnet devices as the communications protocol and any new required equipment should be BACnet compatible.
