This is for informational purposes only, and no contract will be issued as a result of this notification. The subject project is to design-build the upgrade of the existing BAS system at the Moses Lake Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT).The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, insurance, notification, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide a complete design to overhaul the existing system to a BACnet compatible building management system, including installation of the final approved design. Design must include the development of drawings, specifications, sequence of operations, and implementation plans. Estimated value is $200,000.00 to $400,000.00.
