The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, product, equipment, materials, supervision, and any other costs associated with the HVAC Mod Project at the North Truro (QEA) Long Range Radar (ARSR) site located near North Truro, MA in accordance with the statement of work, specifications and project drawings described in Section J of this Screening Information Request (SIR). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction – Standard Size - $39.5 million. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is set-aside and offered to all small business concerns. The total estimated contract value for this project is between $50,000 and $100,000. Projected Period of Performance for this project is approximately 60 calendar days. When submitting a proposal for this Screening Information Request/Request for Proposal (SIR/RFP), each offeror is required to submit a technical proposal and a cost proposal in accordance with the Screening Information Request (SIR) provision in Section L entitled, "Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors."
