The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), En Route Construction Branch (AAQ-540) has a need to do an Elevator Rehabilitation Project at the Anchorage Air RouteTraffic Control Center (ARTCC) located at 700 N. Boniface Way, Anchorage, Alaska. The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. See the attached solicitation package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 10:00 am Alaska Time on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Site visit attendees will need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled time to allow processing through the guard house. Prospective site visit attendees shall pre-announce their firm's intent to inspect the site by contacting Stan Lawrence at stan.lawrence@faa.gov, (907) 269-1812 and Doug Washburn at doug.washburn@faa.gov, (907) 269-1802 with the names of proposed site visit attendees no later than close of business (COB) on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Requests for Information (RFIs) arising from the site visit shall be emailed to elaina.d.atkins@faa.gov no later 4:00pm Pacific Time on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Responses to RFIs will be provided via solicitation amendment only. Offers are due no later than 4:00 pm Pacific Time on Thursday, September 29, 2022. All offers shall be emailed to elaina.d.atkins@faa.gov. NOTE: ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST HAVE A TOTAL FILE SIZE OF LESS THAN 10 MB.EMAILS CONTAINING MORE THAN 10 MB OF ATTACHMENTS WILL BE REJECTED BY FAA'S EMAIL SYSTEM.
