The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. See the attached solicitation package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 10:00am local (Mountain) Time on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022. Prospective site visit attendees shall pre-announce their firm's intent to inspect the site by contacting Joseph Crabtree at joseph.crabtree@faa.gov, (404) 606-6704 with the names of proposed site visit attendees no later than 10:00am Mountain Time on Monday, October 3, 2022. PURPOSE / INTRODUCTION: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has an upcoming project for an Envelope Refurbishment and Roof Replacement for the Power Service Building (PSB) at the FAA's Denver Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZDV ARTCC) located in Longmont, Colorado. Work includes: Remove and reinstallation of exterior roof-access and rooftop fall protection devices. Inspect entire roof to wall transition for signs of water infiltration and make any necessary repairs. Installation of new 80-mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofing system with R-30 rated insulation, full removal of existing lighting protection grounding and bonding components, and re-installation of those components to original configuration. ESTIMATED PROJECT SIZE: The estimated project size is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NATURE OF COMPETITION / SET ASIDE: The acquisition strategy for this procurement has not been determined at this time, however, either an unrestricted competition or a set aside will be chosen based on the results of market research performed and responses to this market survey announcement.
