Solicitation Amendment #3 issued to incorporate the revised past performance evaluation/submission criteria per Section L.1, Factor 3, as well as Section M.2, into the requirements of this Solicitation. Solicitation Amendment #2 issued to incorporate the attached Q&As, and incorporate these clarifications into the requirements of this Solicitation. Solicitation Amendment #1 issued to incorporate the site visit attendee list for the site visit, held on 8/23/22, into Section J of this Solicitation. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to upgrade the Fire and Safety system for the Air Traffic Control Tower at McAllen International Aiport located in McAllen, TX. This SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and must not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract.The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement. All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to BOTH Mr. Robert Higgins at robert.higgins@faa.gov and Mr. Sam Culberth at sam.g.culberth@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than August 30, 2022 at 1600 ET. **A site visit is schedule for this requirement. Your attendance is optional. A site visit is scheduled for August 23rd, 2022 at 0800 CT. If you wish to attend, submit your name, company, and contact information for all attendees to BOTH Robert Higgins at robert.higgins@faa.gov and Sam Culberth at sam.g.culberth@faa.gov no later than 18 August 2022 at 1600 ET. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR. Proposal due date is provided in SIR.
