NOTE - 8/11/22 - The bid due date has been extended to 8/17/22. An amendment with the Q&A's will be posted prior to that date. NOTE - 8/8/22 - THE LAST DAY FOR SITE VISITS IS 8/8/22. THERE WILL BE NO SITE VISITS OFFERED FOR ANY OF THE SITES AFTER THIS DATE. SIR- Janitorial Services at multiple Federal Aviation Administration locations within the Indianapolis district: The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial Services at multiple Federal Aviation Administration locations within the Indianapolis district, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. An OPTIONAL site visit will be offered. Details on the site visit are included as an attachment. Contractors interested in attending the site visit will be required to schedule the visit with the site contacts listed on the site visit attachment, and provide the names of all individuals who will be attending the site visit. All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the statement of work, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to Randie Thornton at randie.n.thornton@faa.gov. TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The requestor must provide a company name, point-of-contact name, address and telephone number; as well as a return e-mail address. The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to make clarifications, interpretations, or changes to this solicitation. Final questions regarding this RFO are due by August 8th, 5 PM (CST).
