This procurement is being set aside for a small business. The NAICS code for this project is 811310 - Commercial & Industrial Machinery & Equipment Repair & Maintenance, which has a small business size standard of $11.0 Million. Work included in project: 1. Refurbish elevator to include new mechanical components; electrical components; communications; and controls. 2. Existing car enclosures, car doors, and hoistway door panels are to be retained. 3.
