This procurement is being set aside for a small business. The NAICS code for this project is 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors, which has a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. Estimated size of this project: Under $100,000. Work included in project: Demolish two air compressors, compressor control panel, air dryer unit, valves, pressure regulators, oiler and dryer components, filters, and associated components for the abandoned pneumatic system, including piping. This work will be completed in the basement and power services building.
