Amendment 1 is issued to extend the closing date until July 20, 2022 at 5 p.m. The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Group, Boston Office , AAQ540 has a new construction requirement to furnish all labor, equipment and materials for the Modernization of the Mechanical Room, at the Jacksonville ARTCC, Hampton, FL. The Request for Offer (RFO), including specifications, drawings and wage rates are attached to the this annoucement. All documents are available in pdf format. The North American Classification Standard is 238220 - $16.5 million. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The price range for this procurement is $250,000.00 - $500,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled Tuesday June 21, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver’s license) to gain access to the site. Contractors will be limited to 2 attendees due to COVID restrictions at the facility. All contractors must submit a list of attendance by Friday June 17, 2022 to Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. Your list should include employee name and company. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. All attendees will be required to follow the COVID Protocol at the site. At registration you will be provided the current COVID protocols by the Contracting Officer The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offerors program eligibility.
