These prequalified Offerors would then move on to the RFO (Request for Offer) Phase 2 Solicitation for the EWR ATCT HVAC project in Newark, NJ. All submitted resposnes to this SIR Phase 1 must address all evaluation criteria and be sent in per the RFQ (Request for Qualifications), as attached in the SIR Section J. The performance period is 270 calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This procurement is available on a Full & Open basis.
