The new mechanically attached 80-mil Thermal Polyolefin (TPO) roof system shall include minimum R-30 insulation and a top and bottom dense deck layer. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238160 – Roofing Contractors – Standard Size - $16.5 million. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is set-aside and offered to all small business concerns. The estimated cost magnitude for this project is between: $200,000 and $300,000. Projected Period of Performance for this project is approximately 180 calendar days. There is an optional site visit on June 28, 2022 at 9:00am.
