Amendment 0002 of the SIR incorporates the updated Question and Answer document and incorporates the Sign-In Sheets from the Site Visits. Amendment 0001 of the SIR replaces the previous Level 2 SOW with the Revised Level 2 SOW and incorporates a Question and Answer document. Edited to incorporate the corrected SIR. Please use document 16 SIR 697DCK-22-R-00240 3.2022_Corrected for your price submission. The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Solicitation (SIR) for Janitorial Services at the Palo Alto ATCT (PAO), Reid Hillview ATCT (RHV), and San Carlos ATCT (SQL) which are located in Northern California. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work included as attachment J-1 & J-2 of the Solicitation. This acquisition is set aside for small business and will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract. The solicitation is applicable for NAICS code 561720. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees and should complete the attached COVID-19 Wellness Self Check prior to arriving at the FAA Facility. Please document all your questions while at the site visit and submit them to Anna F Glover (anna.f.glover@faa.gov) via email by the date and time as directed below. Questions will not be answered during the site visit. Questions or comments applicable to this SIR must be submitted in written form via email to Anna F. Glover, Contract Specialist, at anna.f.glover@faa.gov no later than 12:00 noon Eastern Time on Thursday, April 14, 2022. Questions and responses that clarify the SIR may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the SIR will be made by 2:00 pm Eastern Time on Thursday, April 21, 2022. Please review all pages of the Solicitation before submission of proposals. Instructions for proposals are included in Section K of the SIR and Evaluation Factors for Award are located in Section M of the SIR. In accordance with AMS Clause 3.3.1-33 Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov by the established due date for receipt of offers.
