Pierce ATCT (FPR) in Fort Pierce, FL. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. A site visit is scheduled for March 22, 2022 at 9:00a.m.. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov no later than end of day on March 18th, 2022. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov. Questions are due no later than March 25th, 2022 at 1700 ET. Proposals are due no later than April 8th, 2022 at 1700 ET. Any proposal received after 1700 ET on April 8th, 2022 will be considered non-responsive and deemed ineligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
