Updates 3/18/22: Amendment 697DCK-22-R-00180 0001 has been uploaded and posted to this SAM.gov posting. Please review the site visit information prior to attending the site visit. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the installation of a storage building at the Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located at Charlotte, NC. The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and must not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for cost associated with the preparation, submittal or inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement. All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO), Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen, at thuylinh.t.trannguyen@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than March 31, 2022 at 1500 EDT. An optional site visit is scheduled for this requirement. The site visit information can be found it the SIR Section L.3. Offerors interested in attending the site visit must provide written notice to the Contracting Officer in accordance with Section L.3. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR. Proposal due date is provided in SIR.
