Amendment 0002 - The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the bid due date to Monday, April 18, 2022 at 1600 MT. This amendment also incorporates the revised SOW updated to define Per Occurrence Charges which was inserted into "SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES DENVER TRACON DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS" as Section 7.0. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to remove the Denver Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Base Building (BB) from the solicitation in its entirety, change the pricing request for the Snow Removal Services from Monthly Price to Per Occurrence Price, attach updated price sheet, attach revised SOW where ATCT and BB are removed, and attach the Answers to Questions. This Solicitation (SIR) is for Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal Services for the Denver TRACON and Snow Removal Services for the Denver ATCT/BB, located in Denver, Colorado to be completed as required in the Statement of Work (SOW) that is located as attachment J-A of the attached Solicitation 697DCK-22-R-00106. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561730 – Landscaping Services. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The Site Visit date and time Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 10:00am Mountain Time. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees and should complete the attached COVIDE-19 Wellness Self Check prior to arriving at the FAA Facility. The address to the Denver TRACON, which is where your will meet at the main entrance, guard desk, is 26705 East 68th Avenue, Denver, CO 800249. Please document all your questions while at the site visit and submit them to Karen McIvor (Karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov) via email by the date and time as directed below. Questions will not be answered during the site visit. Questions or comments pertaining to this SIR must be submitted in written form via email to Karen McIvor at Karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov no later than March 30, 2022 by 5:00pm Mountain Time. Questions and responses that clarify the SIR may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the SIR will be made by April 8, 2022 to be added later.
