The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. See the attached solicitation package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 9:00 am Central Time on Monday, January 3, 2022. Site visit attendees will meet with Mr. Edward Hackett at the Houston ARTCC guard station. Prospective site visit attendees shall pre-announce their firm's intent to inspect the site by emailing mark.salum@faa.gov the names of proposed site visit attendees no later than noon Pacific Time on Monday, December 30, 2021. Requests for Information (RFIs) arising from the site visit shall be emailed to mark.salum@faa.gov no later Noon Pacific Time on Monday, January 10, 2022. Responses to RFIs will be provided via solicitation amendment only. Offers are due no later than 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Monday, March 7, 2022. All offers shall be emailed to mark.salum@faa.gov.
