All documents pertaining to the amendment 0002 has been uploaded as well. As a result of the updates, the proposal is due November 12, 2021 by 1500 EST. Please ensure you are reviewing the correct documents. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the precast panel repair at the Miami International Airport (MIA) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located at Miami, FL. The draft SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Annoucements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This annoucement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this annoucement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public annoucment. All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.t.trannguyen@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than October 29, 2021 by 1500 EDT. A site visit has been scheduled for October 26, 2021 at 0900 EDT. Refere to the SIR Section L for instructions to participate in the site visit. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
