This Request for Offer (RFO) is for the Grounds Maintenance Services at the ANC ATCT, Port Woronzof ANCB RTR, and ASR-11 in Anchorage, AK to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached RFO# - 697DCK-22-R-00014. This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a) The principal North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561730 Landscaping Services, with the Size standard in $8 Million. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a Base year plus four Option Years. No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.
