The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for 360-Degree Capture Software and Support Services. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in SAM.gov are not applicable to the FAA as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Katie Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than November 16, 2021. Proposals are due no later than November 23, 2021 @ 17:00 EST. Any proposal received after 17:00 EST on November 23, 2021 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. To be eligible for award Offerors must have an active registration in www.SAM.gov and Offerors' proposals must include all of the required documents outline in Section L and Section M.
