The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for the purchase of VHF/UHF tunable radios for the emergency communications at GSO ATCT/TRACON in Greensboro, NC. Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. Proposals are due no later than February 25, 2022 @ 1700 CT. Any proposal received after 1700 CT on February 25, 2022 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov.
