The FAA is seeking qualified vendors capable of providing a replacement HVAC control system at the Portland International Airport (PDX) ATCT in Portland, OR. The current Johnson Controls System (JCI) in the ATCT, integrates with the JCI HVAC control system in the tower base building. Existing Metasys controls system in the tower (JCI) uses an N2 communications network. Hardware is outdated. BACnet is the current communications protocol standard, and all replacement equipment should be BACnet compatible. Work station in the base building is up to date with JCI software. New equipment must be 100% compatible with and tie into the existing JCI Workstation. Submit responses via email to: darren.odegard@faa.gov.
