Pleas... Notice of Award: FAA contract 697DCK-22-C-00100 has been awarded to Claxton/LTS JV LLC in the base year amount of $66,519.09. Amendment 0002: This amendment provides answers to vendor questions. Please sign all amendments and include with proposal. Please also include a grand total for the base and four option years. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) adjust the start date of the contract to March 1, 2022 (POP: 03/01/22-12/31/22 for base year line items 0001-0008); 2) provide updated wage determinations (see attached); 3) include AMS clause 3.2.1.5-5 (see attached); 4) provide an updated Customer Satisfaction Survey (see attached), and 5) change the final proposal due date to Monday, December 6 at 5pm local time. Please include signed amendment with proposal. Landscaping services needed for several sites in Miami/Ft Lauderdale area. Please see attached: 1) soliciation, 2) SOW, 3) wage determination for Broward County 4) wage determination for Dade county 5) customer satisfacition survey, and 6) procurement schedule. Please fill in all required materials in Sections I and K. Please follow all instructions in Sections L and M.
