This is a notice of award of FAA contract 697DCK-22-C-00103 to Claxton LTS JV LLC of Stafford, VA in the total (base plus four option year) amount of $2,474,390.60. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NOTICE OF AWARD, NOT AN OPEN SOLICIATION Amendment 0004: This amendment: 1) provides updated answers to vendor question (see attached); 2) changes the period of performance for line items 0001 and 0002 (base year level 1 services) to begin 03/01/22; changes the period of performance for lines 0011 and 0013 (level 2 services) to begin 03/01/22; changes the period of performance for lines 0012 and 0014 (level 3 services) to begin 04/01/2022; and 3) extends proposal and survey deadlines to Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 9am local time. PLEASE INCLUDE SIGNED AMENDMENT AND GRAND TOTAL COST OF LEVEL 1 SERVICES FOR BASE AND FOUR YEARS WITH PROPOSAL. Amendment 0003: This amendment: 1) provides updated SOWs and frequency charts for levels 1, 2, and 3; 2) provides answers to vendor questions; and 3) extends the survey and proposal deadlines to Monday, November 15 at 9am locat time.
