Amendment 0003 is issued to provide questions and answers Amendment 0002 is issued to extend the closing date and add a second site visit Amendment 0001 is issued to add COVID Construction Procedures The Federal Aviation Administration, Boston Enroute Construction Office, has a new construction effort to repair the roof drain at the NY ARTCC, Ronkonkoma, NY. This project is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 238220, size standard of $16.5 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $100,000.00 - $400,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday July 27, 2021 at 10:00 am. Offerors are strongly urged and expected to attend. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID., i.e. state driver’s license. All prospective attendees must submit a list of attendance 24 hours prior to the site visit to Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. Any contractor not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to the requirements of Section L and M.
