The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide software, support services and 360-degree capture equipment to support FAA Terminal Facilities renovation and repair projects. The contractor must provide software, 360-degree capture equipment and support services for Terminal Facility renovation and repair projects, to include but not limited to technical, engineering and administrative support. The contractor is responsible for managing, coordinating, tracking and reporting for the following: cost/schedule/performance measurements, risk management, component procurement management, system engineering management, resource management and data management. As directed by the FAA, the contractor may be required to interface with system integration contractors, equipment manufacturers, airport personnel, and various FAA and U.S. Government organizations. The contractor must have FedRamp certification. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) twenty-four (24) month base period and five (5) oneyear option periods. This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1. This survey will support market research obtained from multiple sources and will be utilized for planning purposes only. The nature of the competition has not been determined. The purpose of this market survey is to identify capable contractors and understand the current marketplace in terms of small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, 8(a) certified firms, and ALL other business types and sizes. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with firm's Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested firm's expense.
