The FAA Enroute Construction Group, Boston Office currently has a requirement for the Removal and Replacement of 4 Bathrooms at ZNY ARTCC in Ronkonkoma, NY. All required documents are attached to this annoucement. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday June 3, 2021 at 9:30 am. Due COVID restrictions each contractor is limited to two (2) attendees. All attendees must adhere to the attached COVID Letter. In addition, attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver’s license) to gain access to the site. All prospective attendees must submit a list of attendance 48 hours in advance to the site visit to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov and Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. Any contractor not on the list will be denied access to the facility. The North American Classification Code is 238220 - $16.5 million, this procurement is set aside for small businesses. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract.
