The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement’s (BPA) at least One (1) but no more than three (3) for each local area pursuant to the provisions of FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) T3.2.2.5 and AMS Clause 3.2.1.5-1 Notice of Emergency Area Set-Aside for Level 3 for cleaning of FAA Facilities in response to the Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. The contractor shall furnish all labor, services and supplies to perform Level 3 COVID Cleanings in accordance with FAA SOW of Work and Wage Determinations (if applicable). On March 13, 2020, by Proclamation 9994, The President declared a national emergency concerning the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. On February 24, 2021, the President issued a continuation of the national emergency concerning the Coronavirus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic. In response to the continuation of the national emergency the FAA has an urgent and compelling need for immediate remediation services hereby defined as Level 3 Specialized COVID Cleanings in response to COVID-19. Level 3 COVID Cleanings are required when an individual with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 and/or variance has been in an FAA owned or leased facility. The FAA is soliciting offers only from offerors residing or primarily doing business in the following local areas: Zone 1 – Miami-Port St. Lucie-Fort Lauderdale, Florida Area to include principal cities including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, West Palm Beach, Hialeah, Hollywood and Boca Raton Zone 2 – Boise-Nampa Metropolitan Area, Idaho – referred to as Treasure Valley to include the cities of Boise, Nampa and Meridian. Zone 3 – Salt Lake City, Utah to include the Salt Lake City metropolitan area located in Salt Lake County Zone 4 – Denver, Colorado to include the City and County of Denver, CO Zone 5 – Northern California – known as NorCal to include areas in San Francisco Bay Area, San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Greater Sacramento, and Fresno Zone 6 – Anchorage, Alaska – to include Anchorage Metropolitan Area and Matanuska-Susitna Borough. This procurement is for full and open competition. All qualified contractors are encouraged to submit a proposal. All required documents are attached. Note All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.
