Amendment 0004 is issued to provide questions and answers. Amendment 0003 is issued to add a second site visit date. The closing date is extended until June 21, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Amendment 0002 is issued to update the Department of Labor Wage Determinations and provide questions and answers. Amendment 0001 has been posted to extend the closing date until June 15th, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. In addtiion a site visit has been added. Drawings has been re-added for downloading The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Group, Boston Office, AAQ-540 has a new construction requirement to provide all labor, material and supervision to replace the Defective Condenser Water Valves at the New York ARTCC (ZNY) in Ronkonkoma, NY. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format. The North American Classification Standard is 238220 - $16.5 Million. This procurement is unrestricted. All qualified contractors are encouraged to submit a proposal. The price range for this procurement is $1 million - $4 million. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit will be scheduled for a later date and added via Amendment to this posting.
